The return itself was straightforward, but getting my refund was a whole different story. It took way longer than it should have, and I had to email them twice just to get any movement. What made it more annoying was feeling like I was dealing with some automated system instead of an actual person who could just look into it and help. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely frustrating.

I tried a couple of the Prestige Labs flavors and they were kind of all over the place for me. One of them tasted good with really cold water, so that was nice, but the other one had this weird aftertaste that I kept noticing. Maybe if I mixed it differently it would be better, but also if the flavor is good it shouldn’t need that much work, you know? It’s not awful and I can drink it, I just don’t really find myself excited to make it every day. I’d give it 3 stars because it does the job, but the taste could definitely be better

This time, my order was absolutely, 100% exactly right. No mix-ups, no missing items, no weird surprises, just exactly what I asked for. i’m completely sure they nailed it this time.

I checked out a few Prestige Labs labels, the ingredient quality looks legit. There aren’t a bunch of sketchy fillers thrown in, and the dosages are actually clearer than what I’ve seen from some other brands.

I’m giving it 4 stars because I still wish they’d share more info about where everything is sourced from. Overall though, it seems like good stuff if you care about clean ingredients and not just random hype
